A dispute enters as a case number.

Intake fixes three things and then closes: the hashes of the evidence, the criteria the bench will rule against, and the deposit that backs the filing. Nothing added afterwards reaches the panel, and the panel never learns who filed.

Case lookup is not open on this deployment. Everything a sealed ruling records is described below and on the seal page, and the archive endpoint is public.
